Snowy Tuesday

I had to get up bright and early today, OK 7 haha, to bring Linkin to the vet to get neutered :-(.  He was such a good boy and he is in good hands, but we all miss him today.  He is going to spend the night so he can get a good rest without trying to play with Mercury and Kellen.  I was kind of excited to bring Link to the vet to see how much he weighed.  At a check up when he was 4 months old he weighed 54 pounds!  Well today at 7 months he weighed 85, we have a monster on our hands that is for sure!  He is solid muscle and has TONS of skin to grow into. 

Today we were supposed to have a play date with Liz, Honor and Sailor but it snowed a lot last night and they were not able to make it.  Thankfully we were able to have a skype date instead.  At first Kellen was a little shy and didn't know what to think; then he acted like himself and was running around, sitting with the I-pad on his lap and wouldn't let me take it.  We went into the empty bedroom and he was dancing and jumping.  He says Hi Honor, pretty; he thinks the three of them are pretty (which he must have good taste because they are VERY pretty), it was super cute!!  He really did not like when the baby cried; "baby, crying." 

Kellen talking to Liz, Honor and Sailor today!  He would lean back with his hands on the ground behind him, the I-pad in his lap and talk...he is too funny!!

After we had a skype date Kellen wanted to draw circles.  He says Circle and walks around with a pen.  He does a pretty good job of it too.  He even knows how to keep it on the paper and if he doesn't he gets the pen taken away.  He is such a smart little boy :-)

A while ago when Andy and I were on vacation Grandma and Kellen did an art project, a little monster (just like him lol).  Well now it is one of his favorite things, he says RWAAARRR and he knows right where it is.  He puts it on his little hand and run around the house saying RWAARRRR.  He also loves putting in front of his face like it is his mouth. 

Today Kellen got a package in the mail from Grandma Carol, a little bag of suckers.  Suckers are his favorite right now and those little ones were my favorite when I was little.  He opened the package and said, "OH WOW, sucker pleeeaassee."  As he is sitting on my lap eating it, he takes a bite, says oh tongue (he bites it a lot) and then Ummy sucker.

One of the best moments of the day----I gave Kellen a kiss, he looked up at me and said, "Wuv you mommy," just melted my heart!!
